In circumstances where the key or alarm access to the premises is not working properly and pet sitter is unable to gain access to the home to care for the pet, pet sitter is authorized to seek assistance from a locksmith at the pet owner’s expense.
The initial meet and greet consultation is free. If required by client, a $10 key pick-up or drop-off fee will apply for any separate visit required with regards to keys. Client has the option to have key kept on file with the pet sitter for future visits.
